This is our Happy New Year video. Well, it’s going out just before New Year’s Eve. But what I wanted to do was talk about 2017. With you. 2017, it’s going to be an incredible year. And there are so many opportunities, there’s so many things out there for you to grab hold of, and it’s one of my most favourite exercises of the entire year is when I sit down with my laptop, I have a series of questions that I asked myself that reflect back on 2016, and what has happened and start thinking about what I want to do and achieve in 2017. And it’s one of the most exciting times of the year. So what we’re going to do with this post is share with you the process that myself, Henry Simon and the team used to review what’s happened in the last year and what we’re going to do in the next year. And it’s a series of questions we ask ourselves, you’ll find attached to this blog post a download, where you can get that document which has the questions we used to be able to set up 2017 to be the best year we’ve ever had. So what are we actually looking to do? We’re looking to work out what’s worked well, in 2016, what we love doing, who we’ve loved working with, and what hasn’t gone so well, who we haven’t enjoyed working with, and what’s gone badly. And that information, then we inform, to work out where we’re going in 2017. So we work out all the good stuff. How can we build on that? And how can we move forward all the bad stuff? What do we need to stop? What do we need to cut out? And what do we need to remove? So that 2017 is the best year ever. And that process helps us set our goals, our targets our vision for the year, that gets us all excited as a business. And then we spend the year putting that into action and making it reality. So this is the most incredible time of year to you to spend some time reflecting and working out what you want to achieve in 2017.
