So we’ve been using Lego with one of our clients in London. It’s a fascinating brief, because here’s the thing. They’ve got 90 years of history, and they’re celebrating their 90 year birthday this week. And we’ve been working with some of their people to have a look at what are the next 90 years look like, if we wanted to create the next 90 years of this company? Over to you folks, you create that. And it’s been an interesting thing. We’ve had some fascinating conversations. So we’ve been using Lego to assist people to build a model, which is all about how do they want the future of their company, their employer to look. And as they’ve been building their model, they’ve been having great conversations about the kind of things that they want to see in place.

We’ve been talking about sustainability, we’ve been talking about technology. We’ve been talking about people about leadership, about buildings about investments about innovation, a whole bunch of stuff. By the way, who’s played like over four of you? It’s been a while, right? Okay. Has anyone in the room never picked up a Lego brick ever? Okay, well, even if you have, if you’ve been haven’t played with Lego, you’re gonna like this stuff, because it’s pretty easy to use. The interesting thing about Lego is that when you’ve got a roomful of people, and even if they’re, they’re not the most talkative, they’re not naturally extrovert people, they prefer to be introverted. What happens with the Lego is when you connect the bricks together, it helps you formulate a conversation that helps you articulate your ideas. And the group today have been talking about what they want to see for the future of their company. And then they go is really helpful. So it doesn’t matter whether you’re in a small business, or medium sized business, or a large organisation, whatever sector you work in, Lego is a fantastic way of getting people to have great conversations about how they see the future of their business. We’re really fortunate that pop up business school because we work, broadly speaking, the two different types of organisation. And I use the term organisation very, very lightly, because we work with a whole bunch of people across the UK, who you describe as either startups or pre startups there people either that have got their business up off the ground, or they’re about to get started, or they’re not quite ready yet, but they’re just exploring, they’re doing a bit of research, getting their confidence up, getting their ideas straight. That’s, that’s a whole heap of our workload. But at the opposite end of the scale, we also work with some larger organisations, we work with some SMEs. We work with some big companies, we work with some giant companies. And what’s really fascinating for me, running the pop up business school is that the conversations I’m having with the startups are really similar to the conversations I’m having with the big organisations. And every time this happens, it makes me smile, I can see some real interesting similarities.
